FAQ

Is Narrative Recovery Studio therapy?

No. Narrative Recovery Studio is an independent writing and narrative-development service. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or legal advice.

Do I need to be a good writer?

No. Your story is developed through conversation, guided questions, and the information you choose to share.

Will the finished narrative sound like me?

Yes. The goal is to preserve your voice, meaning, and perspective—not replace them with someone else’s interpretation.

Can I request changes?

On a case by case basis.

Will my session be recorded?

Only with written consent and only for the purpose explained in your service documents.

How is my information protected?

All information provided is protected and confidential through signed agreement and privacy policy.

Can this be used as evidence, a psychological assessment, or a medical record?

No. It is a personal writing product and reflective narrative, not an investigative, legal, forensic, diagnostic, or medical document.
